Website information
The website describes the services and software activities of XTRAWHILE SOLUTIONS LLC. Capability descriptions illustrate work that may be included in a scoped engagement; they do not mean every project includes every feature.
Pricing and engagement scope
Published starting prices are estimates for possible engagements. Final scope, fees, deliverables, dependencies, timing and acceptance criteria are defined in the applicable project agreement.
Support and maintenance
Care plans are optional and subject to an agreed scope. Support coverage, response expectations, included time, exclusions and any rollover terms must be defined in the relevant agreement.
Ownership and third-party services
Intellectual-property ownership, licensing, source-code handoff and third-party responsibilities are defined in project or product agreements. App-store review and external service requirements are controlled by the respective providers.
Software products
Individual products may have separate terms, privacy notices and support information. Those documents will be linked from a product’s public page when configured.
Items requiring review
Before public launch, the owner and legal reviewer must finalize permitted use, applicable legal terms, privacy contact information, effective date and any other provisions appropriate to the business and its audience.
